THE PROGRAMME
About the Course
Homoeopathy, like other regular medical courses, requires five and a half years medical training. This includes one year of compulsory rotatory internship. Seats to BHMS are filled through an All-India Entrance Examination (NEET-UG).
The undergraduate course in Homoeopathy is Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS). The B.H.M.S. course is spread over a period of 5½ years including compulsory rotatory internship of one year duration after passing the final degree examination.
On completion of the internship and on the recommendation of the Principal concerned, the University shall issue the degree to the candidates.
